Learn to articulate your point of view, understand those of others, and improve your skills to negotiate better business and interpersonal outcomes.

Why attend a Negotiation Skills course?

Effective agreements take many forms: the creative legal settlement that ends a prolonged deadlock; the bright new joint venture that creates an improbable but effective partnership; the breakthrough vision that leads to a new strategy. The basis for all of these is smart, creative negotiation.

The art of the “good deal” would seem, on the surface, to be a simple matter of calculating costs, benefits, risks and rewards. But numbers are always insufficient. Beneath the surface lies a unique chemistry of hopes, fears, self-interests, relationships, values and passions.

This 1 day course teaches the theory and skills required to negotiate effective and lasting agreements. Role plays and exercises are designed to be relevant to your experiences in the world of franchising and in small business relationships generally.

The course is practical, interactive and focused on enhancing skills for everyday use.
